Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed is a seasoned audit and compliance professional with more than two decades of experience in the fields of auditing, taxation, and regulatory compliance. He holds B.Com (Hons) and M.Com (Management) degrees and is professionally qualified as CA (CC) and ITP. Since beginning his career in 2000, he has developed extensive expertise in audit planning, financial compliance, statutory reporting, and organizational governance. Currently serving as the Head of the Khulna Office of Islam Jahid & Co. Chartered Accountants, he is committed to maintaining high standards of transparency, accountability, and professional integrity across organizational operations. At CMNL, he serves as the Auditor and Compliance Advisor, providing strategic guidance on financial governance, regulatory compliance, and internal control practices to ensure sound and transparent organizational management.

Md. Mamunur Rashid is a dedicated researcher and educator with over five years of experience in research and data analysis, specializing in education, marketing, and disaster risk reduction. As a PhD fellow at Sociology Discipline of Khulna University and Program Head at CMN & DRR, he leads academic and research initiatives, overseeing project management, data collection, and program evaluations. With a strong background in business studies and advanced research methodologies, he has contributed to peer-reviewed publications on crisis management and disaster risk strategies, making him a valuable asset to the team.
